This work began during Guru Ramdas Academy Yoga Festival in Germany in 2023, a great band was on stage with Mata Mandir Singh playing mandolin, We had played together a couple of times before. That day before the concert, some musicians wanted to hear a song Mata Mandir wrote long ago which was called God Loves Us when we Sing. As Mata Mandir seemed not to recollect the lyrics of the verses, I improvised during the show, a version on the music I had made for Bhugat Gian (Japji Sahib, Pauree 29). A few months later I recorded it and added some more English verses to the mantra. One of the craziest moment of the song is the very high notes sang by Ananda Kanta on the final chorus.
